Philly SoulStock was founded in 2007 by Rashid Duggan, a resident of Philadelphia and long time support an organizer of musical venues.  Philly SoulStock is an organization dedicated to highlighting local and upcoming polished musicians & vocalist by creating touring level concert venues, providing professional opportunities to be exposed via the media outlets & audiences of all backgrounds.
