Chocolate, Wine & Cheese Pairing Benefit—Monday, June 20, 6:30-8:30 pm at Cichetteria 19, 267 S. 19th Street Philadelphia, PA.

Join the Urban Nutrition Initiative (UNI) and John & Kira's for a Chocolate, Cheese and Wine pairing celebration benefiting UNI! Come and enjoy chocolate, wine and cheese while meeting the kids that grow some of the mint, rosemary and chili peppers used in John & Kira's chocolates. Penns Wood Winery has agreed to donate the wine, Shellbark Hollow Farm has donated cheese, and Andrea at C19 has donated the space, so all proceeds will go directly to UNI to support a three acre community food resource center in southwest Philadelphia. The Agatston Urban Nutrition Initiative is a program of the Netter Center for Community Partnerships at the University of Pennsylvania. There will be dinner and drink specials benefiting UNI before, during and after the event. Jess, John & Kira's chocolatier, will be preparing some new chocolate creations for the event, so this is one night not to be missed!

Jomama Jones ignites the Summer of 2011 with a dynamic evening of song featuring material from her recent albums, Lone Star and Radiate. The legendary expatriate chanteuse sings original songs of transformation, resilience and love, backed by her band, The Sweet Peaches, led by musical director Bobby Halvorson, and her backing vocalists. True to Jomama's playful nature, there will likely be a surprise or two in store for all.
