New York, October 6, 2010 – Prolific singer/songwriter and native New Yorker Garland Jeffreys and 2009 New York Songwriters Circle Grand Prize Winner Reed Waddle will both be taking to the stage at the City Winery (155 Varick St) on Nov.18 when the SongCircle kicks off its fifth annual live "Songwriters Contest" finals(formerly The New York Songwriters' Circle www.songcirclemusic.com).
