Storytellers— Sunday, August 15, 6- 9 pm at The Eubie Blake Center. 847 N. Howard St., Baltimore, MD. A monthly open mic that stresses the importance of reading and using your art to tell your story. Costs $5 for storytellers, $10 for story listeners.

On Saturday, August 14, the New York City-based band will perform an ages 21 and up show at Brooklyn Bowl. Show time is 11:45 pm. The cost is $5. The venue is located at 61 Wythe Avenue, Williamsburg
