July 16-18, noon-10 pm (except Sunday, noon-8 pm) around 140 West Mt. Royal Avenue, 21201. The largest free arts festival in the country with over 350,000 attendees, featuring 150+ artists, fashion designers and craftspeople. Mainstream and indie performances. FREE.
