Brandon Cox’s “Solo in Soho” art opening reception— Friday, June 25, 7-11 pm at The Garment Room, 112 Greene Street, New York, NY.
WASHINGTON, D.C.
Orange Days and Blue Nights from Philadelphia art exhibit— June 25-28 at the Washington Convention Center, 801 Mount Vernon Place NW.
Wintersleep—Saturday, June 26, the Halifax, Nova Scotia-based rock band will perform at the 9:30 Club. The show begins at 11 p.m. The cost is $15. The venue is located at 815 V St. NW, Washington, D.C.
Virginia
The Dreamscapes Project—TONIGHT (Friday, June 25) : The Virginia-based indie folk/acoustic rock band present their Twelve Days Project. This collaborative multimedia project features the music of The Dreamscapes Project and a number of other performers. The show begins at 9 p.m. There is no cover charge. The venue is Fireflies, located at 1501 Mount Vernon Ave., Alexandria VA.

I am a regular reader of this blog. Thank you so much for providing the information about various indiestry events on this weekend such as Auditions for Bana Ba Africa at Maryland, Brandon Cox’s “Solo in Soho” art opening reception at New York, Orange Days and Blue Nights from Philadelphia art exhibit and Wintersleep at Washington DC etc. It’s really helpful for all art lovers around US like me. As I am from Washington DC I think I can catch up any one of the two events at Washington. I prefer the Wintersleep and if I have time I will definitely attend the event.
