Open Mic Night -Penn State’s Oxfam, a service organization to fight global injustice,has paired up with the Penn State Songwriters Club to host a Haiti benefit night at Webster’s Café, State College, PA. The event is scheduled for Friday, from 6:00-8:00pm.
Taste of India - Saturday, April 10th from 5:00-8:00pm, Penn State, University Park’s Association for India’s Development (AID) is having its 12thannual Taste of India celebration. The event will take place at State College Area High School on 650 Westerly Parkway in the South Cafeteria. Tickets are $15 for students, $10 for children and $20 for adults. The event will host authentic Indian food and support different educational and environmental initiatives in India’s poorest communities.
