New artist: rapper Young Rich
Born Kurt Martin Jr. in Trenton, NJ, 19-year-old rapper Young-Rich is currently making moves in State College, Pa. He released his debut mixtape, The Notebook, in 2006, and was offered a mixtape deal with Slip-N-Slide Records in 2009. His musical influences are Bone Thugz-n-Harmony, Beanie Sigel, Slick Rick and the Notorious B.I.G.

i love his music he is the best artist in state college if you ask me this dude is the only artist i know that can make radio friendly music but then still shut the streets down Young-Rich is the future of rap music in State College and i believe he is going to go far

We've already got more than a handful of chipmunk like music and artists around, and the world doesn't really need another one. What's up with these artists and making their voices squeak? Can't they just rap and sing with their natural voices?
