Young Brizz aka “Philly’s Most Slept on Rapper”

Young Brizz aka “Philly’s Most Slept on Rapper” is an up-and-coming rapper with a lot of talent and skill. This Southwest Philadelphia resident has a versatile flow. He can rap about anything and to any beat, this includes rock, pop, R&B, soul and of course rap. Young Brizz's cousin, Thomas basically started his career.  

Brizz has grown a lot over the years becoming part CEO of the independent label, Team Absolute. The label boasts rappers such as Laza, Young Elz, O-zone and many more. He says that they each have their own individual style and reach a certain demographic.

Technology has played a huge part in the early success of the rapper, as the Internet has made him reach more listeners. Sites like Facebook, MySpace and Twitter have helped boost his fan base. Young Brizz's songs have appeared on "XM Radio", Philadelphia's own "100.3 The Beat", “Power 99” FM, "Zombie Radio in California", and other radio stations nationwide. Brizz was also No. eight on the Music MySpace Charts in 2006 for the state of Pennsylvania.
 
His new CD Different Day Same Grind, which is available now, is definitely a must listen to album. This CD embodies the variety and originality that Young Brizz has to offer.  Young Brizz has released five  mixtape CDs. Keep Sleepin (2006), The Crack House (2007), The Prelude To The Truth (2008) The Reality Theory (2009), and Different Day, Same Grind (2009). "The Brizzy 1,2" has become a very popular song and is usually requested whenever he performs.  

Young Brizz can be found on Myspace and Facebook. His songs can be downloaded for free at Phillysmostslepton.blogspot.com. He also has a number of songs on the popular site video sharing site, Youtube.     

Brizz is working on a new CD titled Different Day Same Grind 2, which he promises will have new sound that everyone will enjoy. He said “It is going to be like therapy to whoever listens to it.”
