Boy did The Indiestry stumble upon a gem of a hip hop artist! 

Japanese/Scottish/Iroquois American rapper Senbei was raised in Richmond, California where he fell in love with music—specifically hip hop music. Take a listen to a couple of his tracks from "Shikata Ga Nai Vol II EP” and "Asian American Studies 550: Asian Americans of Mixed Heritage the mix(ed) tape." 

Senbei recorded the latter mix tape in conjunction with Prof. Wei Ming Dariotis, of San Francisco State University’s Asian American Studies Program, where Senbei is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Asian American Studies.
