It's time for another indiestry contest! We are not giving away homes or cars, like Oprah, but we do have an indie treat for your ears. We are offering two tickets to Ear Candy, featuring the music of V. Rich and Saunders Sermons. Sponsored by Gypsy Soul, & Media Minds, Ear Candy is a listening party that showcases good, indie music.

How can you win these tickets?

    The Spring issue of The Indiestry Magazine will go live on March 22. The "Writer's Block" issue will focus on independent writers, poets, spoken word artists and playwrights. In order to gear up for this issue, we would like contestants to submit their best ORIGINAL poetry piece or short stories to execs@theindiestry.com. The winner will not only receive Ear Candy tickets, but will have his/her submission published in the "Writer's Block" issue. The deadline for submissions is Wednesday, March 10, midnight.

Guidelines:

1. No profanity
2. No overly sexual references
3. Short stories should be no more than 1500 words
4. One submission per contestant

Important Info:

    Ear Candy will take place on Tuesday, March 16 at Teavolve. The venue is located at 1401 Aliceanna St., Baltimore, MD. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Do not miss your opportunity to win these tickets!!!!!!
