Marcell and The Truth

YOU NEED TO KNOW:   Marcell & The Truth will be performing at Washington, D.C.'s Blues Alley on Wednesday, Feb. 3. at 8 pm and 10 pm. The group creates grown folks' R&B—you know, the kind of music that is reminiscent of R&B greats such as Luther Vandross. Tickets are $20.
