Virginia-based, indie rocker, Shane Hines is a guitarist/singer/songwriter whose honest lyrics have gained him loyal fans, as well as local and international success. Hines and his band, the Trance have had their music featured in “The Real World”, “The Hills”,  and “Road Rules Challenges”.

Shane Hines and the Trance have already won a number of awards. In 2008, the band won a Washington Area Music Association Award for Best Pop Rock Band. The band also earned an honorable mention win for Independent Music Award Album of the Year.

On Friday, Nov. 27, Shane Hines and the Trance will be performing at Jammin' Java, located at 227 Maple Avenue East, Vienna, VA. Show times are 7 pm and 10 pm.
