The Afropunk Movement: Individuality at Its Best
Afropunk is described as "the other black experience" , in fact, punk music has become so popular among African-Americans that it has become a way of life—a movement. In a 66-minute documentary called , "Afro-Punk" producer, director and editor James Spooner explores race relations and the punk scene. The documentary follows a group of young, African Americans as they express themselves through punk music.
