New York Songwriters Circle Picks 2009 Top 12 Finalists


The New York Songwriters Circle chose the following indiestry songwriters as the top 12 finalists in its 2009 Songwriting Contest. These artists (no, they are not all from New York nor is that a requirement) will perform live at the finale event Nov. 18, where judges will narrow the pool down to five. The top 5 will  perform on Nov.19. Both showcases begin at 8 p.m. at The Bitter End, 147 Bleecker Street (between Thompson and LaGuardia) in New York City.
